10 Steps to changing your software

Here's a step by step guide on how we ensure change is easy and beneficial. We make sure we understand each of your business requirements and processes to know that our software solutions are right for you. o-a-sys understands that each business is unique and the process to change will vary and business to business but this is an idea of what to expect. 

1. Visit our website 

Visit our website to learn more about the software solutions we provide and support as well as keeping up to date with the latest software news and events which we host. 

When you are ready you can either complete our online contact form and the o-a-sys team will call you to discuss your requirements or you can call the team on 01233 812050. 
2. Initial Requirements Call

A brief discussion will take place with our sales and marketing director. During this call we will discuss your key requirements and reasons for change and schedule a meeting to discuss this further. 

3. Requirements meeting

During this meeting we will discuss your requirements and go through your current processes. We will also talk about the number of users you like to start with and looking to grow in time as well as how you would like to use the software, whether it be on premise, hosted or in the cloud

We will then move forward and schedule a demo meeting based on your requirements. 
4. Demo Meeting

The demo meeting will be tailored to your requirements to show you how you would be using the software and how it could overcome any current issues you are having and improve your processes.

During the demo meeting we tend t see more users within this meeting so that everyone can get a feel for the software and where necessary each department that would be using different applications of the software can ask questions and see their unique processes. 
5. Discuss pricing and implementation process

After the demo meeting we will email you final quotes for the software and discuss the implementation process and timings before proceeding. 
6. Start of implementation

Our technical director will discuss the implementation plan with you and proceed with any data importing if required and set up the software as discussed. 
7. Training

After the installation of the software our technical director will then train the users for each application they will be using. This can either be done on a one to one basis or if preferred we can train one colleague who can then train the team dependant on your preference. 
8. Go Live

There maybe some disruption during this time however our technical director will be onsite when you Go Live with your software should there be any teething problems and to ensure that the team are happy with their new processes. 
9. Support

Once your software is live you will be able to contact our dedicated support team should you have any problems or just need a refresh on an processes you use.  
10. Customer Events

Join the o-a-sys team throughout the year for a series of events to help keep you up to date with your software. From payroll year end seminars to XRL training courses and our annual customer Christmas event.
